1. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into the Service. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload or share.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, BAPC disclaims all warranties not stated in these terms, and BAPC’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
